Herbal Lung Detoxification

If you are a daily smoker (of cigarettes), constantly expose to pollution from daily traffic, and from work environment,... you have to consider having lung detoxification occasionally. Also this cleaning activity should be used by the ones who have addiction to cheese and milk, the ones having sparse hair without luster, and the ones having lung disease. There is a herbal medication that can be prepared with herbal ingredients.

The herbal recipe:

Prepare lemonade with warm water (not hot though). If you have difficulty to drink lemonade, you can prepare the same squash drink with grapefruit or orange.

Drink this still citrus-fruits drink (as indicated, prepared with lemon, grapefruit or orange) until noon! If you like, you can drink 10 times a day.

After noon, eat seasonal fruits (try to avoid non-seasonal ones since they could be produced with growing artificial fertilizers) as much as possible.

In the evening time eat honey and drink herbal tea (whatever you like).

Apply this everyday for two weeks. After two weeks replace drinking still citrus-fruits drink with apple vinegar mixed with water and also start taking homemade glycerin-honey syrup (its recipe is given below). Apply this for two weeks and then give a break of taking the glycerin-honey syrup for at least two weeks but continue drinking still citrus-fruit drink and apple vinegar every day.

One should notice that the mucus production (coming from your lungs) can excessively be increased during this period, nothing to be afraid of indeed (the medication works though).

The recipe for the Glycerin-Honey Syrup:

Keep one piece of lemon in a hot water (just taken from boiling) for 5 minutes. Without peeling the outer skin, pulverize the lemon softened in the hot water by use of a wooden spoon or of kitchen mixer. Mix the pulverized lemon and honey with also glycerin in equal amounts of 100 gr.

The Daily-Take Amounts (With an Empty Stomach):

For babies : 2-3 times with a teaspoon
For children : 2-3 times with a dessert spoon
For adults : 1 tablespoon

Also Suggested:

Increase consuming cress and garlic as side dish to the main dishes.
Increase consuming fruits such as banana, date fruit, raisin, and apple.
Drink herbal tea made with mixture of thyme, stinging nettle, and hibiscus.
